Yeah, life happens. You can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year - just give us a week's notice. There's a small admin fee ($15), but way better than paying for a gym you can't use. If you're dealing with an injury, talk to us about potentially switching to our recovery-focused classes during that time.

We're not big on locking people in. All our plans are month-to-month after the first 30 days. If it's not working for you, just give us 30 days notice and you're good. No cancellation fees, no hard feelings. We'd rather have members who actually want to be here.

Not even a little bit. We've got everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes training here. Your first week, we'll pair you with a coach for a proper intro session - they'll show you around, teach you the basics, and set you up with a starting point that makes sense. Plus our community is super welcoming. The "gym bro" vibe isn't really our thing.

Absolutely. Lots of folks start at Base Camp and upgrade once they're coming more often. Or sometimes people go Peak Performance for a few months to prep for a competition, then scale back. Just chat with us at the front desk and we'll sort it out for the next billing cycle.

Our altitude room simulates training at 8,000-12,000 feet elevation. Basically, your body has to work harder with less oxygen, which builds better cardiovascular efficiency and endurance. It's like getting a mountain training session in downtown Vancouver. Endurance athletes love it, but it's also great for anyone looking to push their cardio capacity. We'll teach you how to use it properly - it's not just "go harder."
