Weekly Schedule Overview

We run classes Monday through Saturday, starting at 6 AM and wrapping up by 8 PM. Sundays are open gym for members who wanna do their own thing. Most classes run for 60 minutes, with some specialized sessions going a bit longer.

Learn the snatch, clean & jerk properly from certified coaches who actually competed at national levels. We keep groups small 'cause technique matters more than ego here. Whether you're new to the barbell or refining your form, this class delivers.

Not your typical yoga class - we cut through the spiritual stuff and focus on what athletes actually need: hip mobility, shoulder health, and mental recovery. You'll leave feeling loose and refreshed, not twisted into a pretzel.

Kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands - we use everything. Stations rotate every 8 minutes so you're constantly moving and never bored. It's solid work that builds real-world strength without being overly technical.

Altitude Endurance Builder

75 minutes | Cardio Intensive

Our signature high-altitude simulation training. Rowers, assault bikes, and ski ergs paired with strategic rest periods. Your heart rate's gonna spike, your breathing will get tested, but man - the cardio gains are unreal.
