Our Story

Where Altitude Meets Attitude

Look, we're not gonna feed you some fancy corporate line about revolutionizing fitness. Here's the real deal - back in 2019, I was training up in Whistler and noticed something crazy. Athletes who trained at altitude weren't just stronger, they had this mental edge that was impossible to fake.

So yeah, we brought that concept down to Vancouver. Quantarion Spire isn't your typical gym where you scroll through Instagram between sets. We built this place for people who actually wanna push past what they thought was possible. High-altitude simulation, legit Olympic lifting platforms, and coaches who've been in the trenches themselves.

We've got members who came in barely able to do a bodyweight squat, and now they're competing in local meets. That's not because we have some magic formula - it's because we show up, you show up, and we don't make excuses when it gets hard.

The Granville location happened kinda by accident. Found this old warehouse, saw the high ceilings, and thought "yeah, this'll work." Turns out, it worked better than we imagined. Come check it out yourself.

How We Got Here

Every good gym has its war stories. Here's ours.

Spring 2019

The Lightbulb Moment

Training session in Whistler went sideways in the best way. Realized altitude training wasn't just for elite athletes - everyone could benefit from this approach if done right.

November 2019

Found Our Home

Signed the lease on the Granville Street warehouse. Place was a mess - concrete floors, sketchy electrical, but those 20-foot ceilings? Perfect for what we had in mind.

March 2020

Grand Opening (Then... Yeah)

Opened our doors right before the world shut down. Not gonna lie, that was rough. But our early members stuck with us through virtual training, and we came back stronger.

September 2021

Community Built

Hit 200 members and realized we'd built something special. Not just a gym, but a crew of people who genuinely pushed each other to be better.

June 2023

Expansion Time

Added the second floor for yoga and recovery work. Turns out, crushing weights and then actually recovering properly is kind of important. Who knew?

Today

Still Climbing

We're at 450+ members now, but we haven't lost that scrappy mentality. Every day we're trying to get better - better coaching, better equipment, better results for our people.
